Consulting

Consulting is a great way for organizations or individuals to gain deeper understanding and clarity around how to approach and engage in this work. As each organization and situation is unique, these sessions provide the space for detailed, collaborative exploration of multiple approaches to potentially challenging situations.

 

Sometimes simply having another set of practiced eyes looking at the trail can help you see where the next track is.

This work brings up challenges, and often hard questions come up. Private consulting sessions provide a space for leaders to ask these questions in a supportive, consensual container. Questions like: “How do I, as a person with white privilege, give critical feedback to my new staff member, who is a person of color, without perpetuating patterns of racism?” That’s a fantastic question, and understandably not one that a leader might feel comfortable asking, nor would it be appropriate for them to ask in many situations. Consulting creates a space for you to ask questions like this and any others which you may be facing.
